We build on a unique track-record – having been the UK government’s only dedicated business continuity testing unit in the Cabinet Office - working at the most senior levels and to challenging briefs. The founding partners – Jasvinder Mahrra and Dr Mils Hills – built a robust system for analysing and exercising plans and decision-makers. This was required because existing market offerings were judged to be insufficient in providing an objective ‘warts and all’ assessment of readiness with recommendations for resolution of vulnerabilities. In addition to testing plans and training staff, Jas and Mils also used their innovative tools and techniques at the Cabinet Office to develop legislation, integrate specific foreign and defence policies and structure national strategic capabilities.
